Prepared the business plan to confirm economics and a
product strategy to manage change. Worked with the bottle designer to select the best
bottle design reference the pack strength (impact, fill pressures, etc.),
Shelf life, bottle economics, etc.

Identified and qualified the custom bottle manufacturer,
closure, label supplier and filler. Worked with each of the different
suppliers to optimize the packaging process to achieve the targeted
filled pack cost (bottle, closure, label and fill process) ready for
distribution.
